Co-Counsel and Contract Attorney

Mostafavi Law Group, APC seeks a litigation or employment attorney to serve as a Co-Counsel in cases involving Wage & Hour Class Actions and appellate work before the California Court of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit on a contingency basis. Entry-Level Associates

As an entry-level associate, you are considered an integral part of our team at Mostafavi Law Group, APC from day one and are expected to make valuable contributions to the firm and to our clients. You will be given the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility in handling cases under the supervision of the firm’s managing attorney. You will have the opportunity to start developing your litigation and counseling skills early, so you will be able to handle important matters for the firm’s clients from the intake to the conclusion.

Legal Assistant and Law Clerk

We are expanding our practice to handle (1) Legal Malpractice (plaintiff and defendant attorney) and (2) Ethics/professional responsibility (representing applicants for admission and attorneys subject to ethical violations before the California State Bar).
